These users Terms and Conditions sets forth the provisions under which the User may register and use this web-site for the purpose of using Scriptillusion.com's services and products. You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the scripts (permission is granted to view/modify the source code contained within the "html", "css", and "txt" files only, for the purpose of enhancing or customizing the product). LIABILITY Scriptillusion.com will immediately cancel the accounts of any users deemed to have made a fraudulent purchase and will cooperate fully in any subsequent legal investigation. However, Scriptillusion.com cannot be held liable for any loss of data or earnings as the result of fraudulent behaviour. COPYRIGHTS All scripts/products created by Scriptillusion.com. The source code which is writen completely by Scriptillusion.com is encrypted to protect from code theft. Logos, content, and design of Scriptillusion.com is also copyrighted. TERMS AND CONDITIONS MODIFICATIONS Scriptillusion.com reserves the right to change the user Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the user's responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions from time to time for such changes. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for any changes that have been made regardless. OWNERSHIP Users agree that all information contained on a website operated by Scriptillusion.com is the proprietary information of Scriptillusion.com. Personal information provided by users to Scriptillusion.com will be kept confidential and will not be distributed to any third party. LOSS OF DATA If your hosting company deletes your purchased script(s) You can not blame ScriptIllusion.com. If our servers go down and your scripts get deleted, you will not receive replacement scripts. You are responsible for all of your purchases and you should always save backups of your purchased products on your own computer just in case. PERSONAL INFORMATION A user's personal information is treated in accordance with Scriptillusion.com's Privacy Policy. LINKS Scriptillusion.com contains links to other websites not operated by Scriptillusion.com. These links are provided as a convenience. Scriptillusion.com is not responsible for the availability or reliability of the content of these third party websites. Any information we provide to those third parties is not subject to these Terms and Conditions, and Scriptillusion.com is not responsible for the treatment of the information you provide to those third parties. Scriptillusion.com, it's owners, and employees will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party .
